Return Policy 
Returned orders are any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined upon delivery. A restocking fee of 20% of the sales amount is assessed upon all returned orders.  Special Order items are non-returnable. Shipping/Delivery costs are non-returnable. Wine Dinners and events are not refundable. All returns are for store credit only.

In the event that you have to return the merchandise re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Make sure the original cork is included as well as any of the bad liquid or wine. Upon arrival at our store, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PLEASE MAINTAIN BOXES AND THEIR INSERTS 

We will not be able to accept any returned items if the original box and interior packaging are not present.
